Bardsea Leisure Park

Welcome to Bardsea Leisure Park,  a tranquil select site, sheltered within a former quarry, that now acts as a private suntrap and a natural boundary from the rest of the town.  The rugged rock face creates a sharp contrast to the gentle woodland, and the lush and extensively landscaped grounds of the park.

 

The site is beautifully maintained and offers a high standard of holiday park for your tourer, motor home, camper van or tent.  Or spoil yourself with one of our luxury static caravans.

 

You will receive good quality, friendly service as a visitor to the site, shop or service centre. 

 

All of the 83 touring pitches are all-weather with water, mains and drains, a 10-amp electricity supply and TV aerial connection. 

 

The site facilities include 5-star quality shower blocks, and family bathrooms, a launderette, pot wash, dog exercise area and public telephone. 

 

The well-stocked camping and caravaning accessory shop is the largest in Cumbria.  Treat yourself to something from Bernard's Griddle and let the children explore the adventure playground with sand pit, swing boats, aerial runway, climbing frame and more.  Or take advantage of your swimming pass at the pool over the road.
