I will invite you to visit each chakra using NLP techniques and then Chris will guide you through some gentle movements to cleanse, clear and rejuvenate.

You will be given a workbook to record your insights so that you can re-visit them later at home. You needn’t share or disclose anything that you don’t want to, but we are there for you if you do.

Bigland Hall Equestrian had some exciting times recently.  Not only have they been nominated for the Equestrian Social Media Awards, but they have also been filmed for the BBC One Show.

The whole story is basically about the government not including certain NVQs/work based diplomas in school league tables anymore, so children from schools that haven’t got large amounts of money behind them might miss out on doing these diplomas, especially students who don’t work well in the classroom.

As these courses are the foundation of the equine industry, it’d really feel the hit if this proposal gets passed. It might also devalue qualifications which people already have.

The VVH girls are coming home!! We are thrilled to bits and pieces to announce our Christmas Event is at the venue where it all began-Urswick.
