Blast Furness

Blast Furness is a street band based in Ulverston, Cumbria. We are a mix of Brass and percussion, and play Cuban / New Orleans Jazz style music. Our main venues are in support of various festivals in the town ( Carnival day, Lantern procession, Dickensian festival). We meet at the Lanternhouse on a Wednesday evening, and new members are always welcome.

Lobe

lobe are an acoustic combo based in cumbria. We’ve been writing and performing our own material in and around the area for the past 2 years and are willing to travel to any venue in any town for a free curry and beer, and a place to rest our heads for the night.The songs featured here are taken from our new album"stars above headlights"and will be changed daily/weekly as the mood takes so all the little chaps have a chance to shine.The album is available from The Old Friends and Working Class Heroes in Ulverston
